What types of garments do you clean?
We clean everyday clothing, delicate fabrics, Ihram, abayas, thawbs, bedding, and more. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just ask — we can guide you.
What detergents do you use?
We use high-quality, fabric-safe detergents that protect color, texture, and softness. For Ihram and sensitive items, we use gentle, perfume-free detergents only.
How long does the laundry process take?
Our standard turnaround time is usually same-day or next-day, depending on volume. We also offer urgent delivery for customers who need faster service.
Do you use perfume on Ihram garments?
No. We never use perfume or scented detergents on Ihram. Ihram is washed separately using gentle, fragrance-free detergents to maintain purity.
How do you wash white and colored clothes?
We always separate whites and colored garments. Each category is washed and packed individually to protect colors and prevent any mixing or staining.
Do you mix different customers’ clothes in the same wash?
Never. Each customer’s laundry is washed, dried, and folded in its own separate cycle. We do not combine laundry from different customers.
How do you fold Ihram and regular clothes?
Ihram is folded carefully and packed in its own clean, dedicated bag. Regular clothes are also folded neatly and packed separately based on whites, colors, and fabric type.
How do I know the weight of my laundry?
After pickup, we send you the exact weight of your laundry before we begin washing. This ensures transparency and accurate pricing.
Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?
We do not want you to clean before we come, however there are some simple steps to get the most out of your cleaning service. Ensure we have access to your home, disarm alarms, and tidy up to avoid extra charges.
