These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website bestlaundrycentermakkah.com and to all customers who use the laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services offered by Best Laundry Center Makkah. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Service Overview
We provide laundry washing, folding, ironing, dry cleaning, Ihram cleaning, and pickup and delivery services to customers in Makkah. All services are subject to availability and operational hours.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including name, phone number, hotel name, room number, and any special instructions. Customers should check all garment pockets before submitting laundry. We are not responsible for damage caused by items left inside clothing such as keys, pens, coins, or accessories.
Laundry Handling
We wash each customer’s laundry in a separate load and do not mix laundry from different customers. Whites and colors are washed separately. Ihram garments are washed individually and without any perfume. We use high-quality detergents, but the customer agrees that normal wear, shrinkage, color fading, or minor fabric changes may occur due to the nature of washing and fabric type.
Lost or Damaged Items
We take care handling all garments, but we are not responsible for items that are already damaged, worn, weakened, or affected by previous washing. If an item is lost, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Compensation, if applicable, will not exceed the item’s estimated current value and cannot exceed a reasonable limit agreed upon by the company.
Pickup and Delivery
Customers must provide correct pickup and delivery details. If the customer is not available at the scheduled time, a new pickup or delivery may require rescheduling. We may send notifications through WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call regarding the status of laundry, weight, or delivery time.
Order Weight and Pricing
Laundry is weighed after pickup, and customers will be informed of the exact weight before washing begins. Prices are based on weight and selected services. Once washing has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Special Garments
Delicate fabrics, embroidery, silk, and special items may require different cleaning processes. Customers must inform us if any garment needs special care. We are not responsible for items without care labels or those requiring dry cleaning if not indicated by the customer.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver laundry on time, but delays may occur due to hotel access restrictions, traffic, weather, or operational issues. Urgent delivery is subject to additional charges and availability.
Payment
Payment must be made upon delivery unless pre-arranged or paid online. We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid or overdue orders.
Prohibited Items
We do not accept garments contaminated with hazardous materials, chemicals, blood, or strong odors. Submission of such items may result in refusal of service.
Limitation of Liability
Best Laundry Center Makkah is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including hotel restrictions, road closures, pilgrim rush, or technical issues.
Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
